Your shopping posts are still fairly focused. I think your personal posts add enough to the site to make me want to visit again (I like the eBay post mainly cause I share your opinion!). As I said if you are concerned try sticking to a particular ratio - say 3 shopping/sponsored posts to every 1 personal post. Or shift the ratio to something you're comfortable with. It doesn't hurt to have a couple of posts still sitting on the burner for those slow days when you can't be bothered. Mind you the problem with rant posts is that you tend to want to get them out there immediately so you're going to have to be strong! Otherwise let the site evolve naturally - you may find that there will be periods where it becomes more shopping post orientated. The other thing you may consider (and yes I'm winding it up now) is starting a second blog to keep all your personal stuff separate a lot of people have several blogs so if you think you can manage it try that too.
