I wrote a snippet of code I put in my blog, so when I advertise my blog in traffic exchanges I add ?exchange to the end of the URL. It does two things: Skips Adsense, Sets all links to open in a new window.

That way if someone clicks around it opens in a new window outside of the exchange (without breaking the frames) and then the ads start showing on the outside. Search my blog for adsense and you should find it

Whew, you had me worried there for a second. I had just put up AdSense and TLA and didn’t want to violate right out of the gate.

Hey, btw, would you consider using the plugin that allows people to subscribe to comments on each post?

well im just referring to traffic exchanges and google adsense

you are allowed other things that arent contextual, such as auction ads, or TLA

you might even be able to get away with adbrite and adsense, they just cant be in the same spot.

Hi Matt, I need a little clarification please. I’ve heard of Google’s policies, but only recenty have started adding their AdSense to my blogs. However, your comment has me a little confused. You’re saying that I cannot have other ads on the same page as Google’s stuff? I’ve read on places like Text-Link Ads that claim to be safe to include on the same page. Can you help shed some light please?
