Personally, I use del.icio.us and some StumbleUpon for social bookmarking. A lot of bloggers seem to have had success with SU bringing in lots of traffic for their blogs but I haven’t had any so far. I’m not sure if it’s because some of them explicitly ask their readers to stumble their posts. I’ve never really done that.

Digg is waaaaaaay too much work. I’ve looked at Stumble Upon but haven’t taken the time to figure it out. Based on everyone’s comments, I’ll have to find the time!

I am not super active in any social site except MyBlogLog. I do use Stumble on occasions when I am caught up on my reader stuff…currently behind 167 articles, so not today.

I like your new plug feature as I can plug without logging in, that is a huge bonus.

I use StumbleUpon like everyone else. I also use MyBlogLog, FaceBook and MySqace. I tried Digg for awhile, but nothing ever came of that. I was lucky enough to go hot on Sphinn about a month ago and got some great traffic (and a few regular readers) out of it.

I did forget to mention, SU. I do submit many items there, not so much from my own blog, but cool stuff i find or write about. According to my stats package, i do get a good dose of visitors from SU.

SU is a good place for a short term spike, but I think that building relationships with other blogs works best in the long run for traffic. The biggest flow of recent traffic was from a busy site that said nice things about The Pisstakers. Wallstreet Fighter rocks!

I’m a huge fan of StumbleUpon for many reasons. It seems that it’s easier to do well with StumbleUpon. I’ve never had any success with Digg, but once I got an article on StumbleUpon that was a big hit. With it I got on the front page of PopUrls and thousands of hits. That was the best I’d ever done with a social bookmarking site in my life.

StumbleUpon is also good for entertainment. When I get bored I can sit and stumble for an hour, and see loads of things that I am interested in.

StumbleUpon gets my vote, 100%.
