Yes, this is a good idea. I might try it and see what kind of response i get, for my vegetarian blog. My blog is new, so it does not have a PR yet, but it is predicted at PR5. I know this has probably been asked a million times, but when is that elusive Google PR coming out? Isn’t it like way overdue, i thought it was suppose to come out sometime in August. Anyone have any idea on what is the latest with that.

It’s never too early to start charging for reviews. If you’re a new blog with low traffic, charge something like $5. As you mentioned, as long as you price it right, there is no reason why any blog could not charge for their own review.

One thing I would be careful of with this is that there is no seller/buyer protection. Sure, with a blog post, it’s not such a big deal, but I recently sold something on DP Forums and it was from a fraudulent paypal account. So I lost the item (which was a google adwords voucher, no biggie) and the cash.
