I think that guy has spent quite a bit of time building up that network. I have had some impressive (to me anyway) spikes in traffic because of SU. The problem is that it is not easy to use. If someone would go into detail about HOW to use it I believe they would find they had a very popular post on their hands. Or maybe I'm just a bumbler.
