That is so cool.

I still agree with Sheila. If you run a writing contest, it needs to be as generic as possible so everyone can enter. If bloggers are anything, they are writers. Whether they realize it or not.

My suggestion is to get them to think outside of their comfort zone while still getting them to write to the best of their ability.

I’m glad you liked my idea of a writing project. For the record I was just kidding about it being Hawaii themed. (Thus the winkie!!!)

I’d love to see BAYB do a writing project and I think it would be a big success for you. I’m sure you’d end up with more links and subscribers from it. My only request for when you do run one is to make it so generic that if fits any niche. The more generic you make it the more entries. “Why you should…” “How to…” “Why I like…” “X Reasons to….”, “Tips for…”, etc.
