It didn't work. Google probably can tell they're bought from the fact the links are always in the sidebar or footer. If you want to get pages out of supplemental you're better off getting the links naturally or from a few really strong sites. I spent those on some advertising and, to be honest, never went back to the site to check how things went. However, wouldn't the links show up in my Technorati? They never did.
