Subvert and Profit is the reason may sites have been blocked by Digg. Be careful before you sign up for them. I think it’s a secret project by Digg to cut out the spammers.

This has got to be the worst way to get traffic. I would consider this black hat marketing. If someone is going to pay for votes then they have no idea what social media truly is.
