i get like 1-2 stumbles when i submit it myself. You have to build a huge community to get free stumbles that is the problem but if your website can become a stumbleupon content website you in like jim

If people will rush to submit your content then you have somthing going for you.

There was a few changes in algorithm they believed was different, although not much. Just a change.
