With Adsense I believe it has to do with placement and traffic.
With Kontera the more traffic you get the more clicks pretty much = more money.
With CPA it’s more of targetting. Some places I’ve been able to generate lots of leads and signups just based on how targetted the audience is for that offer.
On a blog like this one obviously I would promote different companies to make money online with, affiliate networks, etc.
