Very good point about starting off with a free book. Otherwise people will definitely think you’re in for making a quick buck and not really interested in your field. You’re also correct about the ghostwriters and the damage they can possibly cause to you.

As Mitch said why cut you off? It doesn’t cost them anything to keep you as an account.

If you were cut off and didn’t know it was coming then they are the ones who who have a problem.

Fortunately I have not yet been terminated from any of the programs I’ve been a part of, but I can fully understand your frustrations, I would be too If I was terminated from something that made me money. I am sure in the long run they will lose more by doing this
