Comment Friday for December 28th

Comment FridaySorry about the lack of posts around here, we are just recovering from Christmas. We are also having some family issues, so we have been spending some time with everyone. I guess I had to use a few blogging sick days. However, BAYB is doing great still and we are close to cashing out on Adsense once again. Hoping to beat the end of the month deadline to get our check faster.

If this is your first Comment Friday we give one lucky person a free weekly blogroll spot as our “blog of the week“. Along with that we are also giving that winner 50 entrecard points.

Our entrecard points Christmas gifts were also given to A Cowboys Wife and JaseemUmer.com. They each received 50 entrecard points. For those wondering, I closed the comments on that post. I closed them after the day ended, so only comments for that day were eligible.

Back to Comment Friday. Leave any comment you want. We’d love to hear about your Christmas and how that was. Maybe the best gift you received. I’d also like to know what posts you’d like to read around here. Happy Holidays and get commenting!

My Christmas was good. I got a few pretty nice gifts, including some money, the new PaintShopPro X2, and a digital photo frame – along with some other assorted presents.

Right now I’m in the process of planning my blogging resolutions and goals for 2008, which I will post on January 1. I’ve never focused too much on goals before even though I should have, so I’m changing that now. I plan for 2008 to be a great year and I’m hoping I get a lot accomplished.

Hopefully it’ll be a great year for all of us! How were your holidays? πŸ™‚

Christmas was great, especially the time spent with the family. Well, the best gift thought came from my little nephew, who uttered his first word!

All the best for the new year ahead!

      Hey Matthew,

      Good to see you back.

We had a great Christmas this year. The kids got spoiled rotten, as usual, and we’ve still got more food than we’ll eat in a lifetime left over. Best gift I got this year was from my kids, who (thanks to Dad) got me a Bissel carpet shampooer. I think it’s a hint.

I’m looking forward to the New Year. If it’s half as good as this year was, I’m going to have a blast.

I just had a great time spend christmas with my family. I think we sometimes take our families for granted and it is good to just spend some time with them.

Christmas was very nice here. Our computers stayed off all day – a commitment we made before hand and were able to keep! LOL! It was very laid back at our house and we like to keep it that way. We went ice skating as a family and were surprised to end up with a White Christmas after all – the snow came down all afternoon.

We just had a lot of fun, with some new games to play. Have you ever played Pass the Pigs or Kerplunk? They are totally low tech goofy games, and we’re having a blast with them. Zigity is a new card game from the Cranium folks, and the cards are clear. Also lots of fun.

I’m looking forward to the New Year, too. Hopefully my health will continue to improve and that will make worlds of difference!

Recovering from Christmas – that’s a good expression.

I always think that this time of year, after Christmas, is a bit of an anti-climax and I can’t wait for the New Year to arrive. It’s a good time though for planning and sorting out objectives and so on for next year.

Just in case I’m not around over the next few days – I wish everyone a happy, successful and prosperous 2008.

      Good luck,
      Mike.

Eh, my Christmas was ‘okay.’ The food was great, spent time at my girlfriend family’s house. Didn’t really get gifts, but that’s okay by me.

But I know I had emailed about this – but how do I join the BAYB group? Someone emailed me back before but they never exactly informed me if I could join up and post, help out, etc or what to do.

Let me know! Hope to hear from you…

I plan on being very relaxed going in to the new year and that means none of that alcohol stuff for me. I want to at least be coherent for the count down this year and with the help of my fiancΓ© (who was a factor in how I ended up going over the edge) I will leave New Years Eve as a designated driver.

Happy New Year Matthew. I’m glad you had a great Christmas I did as well. I’m looking forward to a great blogging 2008. One thing I’d be interested in reading more about is information and ways to use Never Blue Ads. πŸ˜€ Emma

My holidays were okay, thanks for asking. I got a new video game and a nice Corona set for Christmas. I got my girlfriend a nice ring and my son got tons of gifts. Lots of backyardigans stuff and noisy making toys. Fun.

It’s been tough though we are missing someone special this year, so it’s been hard for my girlfriend and her family. I wrote about it here https://blogaboutyourblog.com/2007/05/21/turning-21/

Jay, We wrote to you a while back and you never responded. I just assumed you weren’t interested. I wrote you back now πŸ™‚

Happy New year. Emma I’ll make sure to come up with something for it. I haven’t had great success with Neverblueads just yet, but I know many have.

My Christmas was good…the gift I recieved was just to be able to enjoy the day and fill my tummy with fried turkey. Its been a good holiday season, as I not long ago started my first “offical” blog and joined Entrecard.

I’m new to the blog scene, so i’ve been looking at alot of blogs that give info on how to get more viewers, subscribers and turn it into a cash machine.

Hope everybody’s Christmas was a good one…let’s hope New Year’s and the rest of 2008 will be great. Much success to everybody.

My Christmas was okay – I started a craft project in mid November where I pledged to work on some kind of Christmas craft every day. The idea being that if the meaning of Christmas could be found through craft I would find it! I am not sure that exactly happened – but I was in a bit more of a Christmas-y mood and I did love my craft projects. I painted Santas, made snowmen out of clay, made beaded angels, created Christmas boxes, made Santa Lucia dolls and so on. Yay!
