Since we are adjusting our new WordPress theme, I was wondering what your favorite WordPress theme was. Have you changed themes lately? If so, why?

I really like my own theme a lot. I want to tweak it a bit more though.

I like various ones, some very simple looking but striking ones like this one doshdosh uses but I also like my one which is an oriental theme I am using for a chinese cultural blog but I have been a bit lazy of late because I just got engaged today so was out having a lovely meal and my Beloved bought me a pretty ring. I feel a bit like a princess so am not with it lol. Other WordPress themes I like are Trendy Cork and Mint Fresh. Have a great Friday.

I used Copyblogger for a good while. Then I switched to Blogging Experiment which I also really like. I’m getting bored and restless again and feel a theme change coming on . . . I’m really bad about wanting to change often. Some writers feel that is a really bad idea because it confuses your readers. But I think my readers are smart enough to know it’s just a theme change & the articles are still about me.
I’m leaning toward Chris Pierson’s latest: DIY. I just love his work, esp. the typography. Clean, readable. Easily customized. Hard to beat.
What do you think? Should I switch?

I have not changed my theme on my blog in a long time. I do like the comment area of your blog where you have a section to subscribe, that is really great. I would like to maybe spruce up my blog theme but it is working for me well enough for my purposes.
